Enjoy swimming and relaxation with the panoramic view of Namsan Mountain through a glass dome.
Along with the 25m long and 6m wide pool, a dry sauna and indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi are available.

* Open on weekdays to those aged 13 years and older only.
On weekends and holidays, children under the age of 13 years are allowed to enter under adult supervision.

* The guest-only business lounge is open to guests aged 13 years and older only.
(Children under the age of 13 will be allowed entry between 11AM and 3PM on weekends and public holidays, only if accompanied by an adult guardian.)

※ Notice to Users of the Fitness Center

- The regular closing day of the gym, indoor swimming pool, and indoor sauna (fee-charging facility) is every third Wednesday.

- Only those over the age of 16 years old are permitted to enter the gym. Guests 13 years and older may enter the indoor sauna.

- The indoor swimming pool is a facility for adult customers and may only be used by customers above the age of 13 years.
(On weekends and holidays, children below the age of 13 are allowed to enter under adult supervision.)

- Guests under the height of 140 cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and only under parental supervision.

- Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.

- Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached.

- This package is based on double adult occupancy, and its price is subject to 10% VAT.

- The Executive Lounge is only for staying guests who have reserved an executive level room.
Admission to the Lounge is restricted to guests over 13 years of age.

- Extra charges may apply for additional guests.
The maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults.
The maximum number of children(aged 13 or below) permitted to stay in a room is two.
The maximum capacity per room is 4 guests including children.(aged 13 or below)

- Check-in is at 3 p.m, Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation refund policy
- Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show Policy
  
  Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on
  the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  
  If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in,
  or in the event of a no-show :
  - Peak season (May to Oct. and Dec.24 to Dec.31) :
  The penalty is a fee of 80% of the room rate for the first night.
  - Off-season (off-peak periods) : The penalty is a fee of 10% of the room rate for the first night.
