- There will be an extra charge to access Urban Island except for Urban Island inclusive packages.
- Reservation Notice

- Cabanas can be reserved even if you don't use a room.
- Fitness Club member's guests must pay an extra entrance fee, and Fitness Club members must accompany them.
- Guests who reserve a Cabana package can use Urban Island from 3 p.m.
- Guests staying at the hotel with a cabana reservation may not invite non-hotel guests. Exception: The Gathering Cabana can be used for up to 8 people. including invited guests. (There will be a separate admission fee for non-hotel guests.)
- All food & beverage offerings may be changed due to circumstances, without notice.
- Bringing outside food and beverages to the Cabanas are prohibited.
- The plunge pool is only for guests using a cabana (F1~F6).
- Pre-booking of cabanas is available from the first day of the previous month.
(e.g.) Pre-booking for May: Available from 8:30 a.m. on April 1st. - Reservations can be canceled or changed without any penalty up to 2 days before the scheduled date of cabana use. In the event of cancellation or change of reservation after this period, or a no-show, a penalty will be imposed.
