- Operating Hours: Indoor Pool 06:30 - 24:00, Family/Adult Pool 09:00 - 24:00
· On check-out day, pools are available until 15:00; entry is required before 13:00.

- Children under 1.3 meters tall must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by a guardian.

- The adult pool is only accessible to guests aged 19 and over.

This product is based on a one-night stay for two adults per room, and a 10% value-added tax will be applied to the rate.

- Additional charges apply for changes to the room type.

- Additional fees apply for extra guests beyond the standard occupancy.

* A maximum of 3 adults or two adults and two children (aged 37 months to 12 years) can stay in one room.

* When accompanied by children, a maximum of 4 people can stay in one room.

- These details are subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions or hotel circumstances.

- On the check-out day, the facilities (pool, gym, sauna) are available until 3 PM, and entry is required before 1:00 PM.

- For the safety of children, children under 1.3 meters tall must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by a guardian when using the pool.

- All rooms are non-smoking to ensure a pleasant environment.

- Hotel check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Cancellation refund policy
- Booking Cancellation/Amendment and No-Show
  
  Peak season(May to Oct. and Dec. 24 to Dec. 31)
  
  - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  - The penalty is charged at 20% of the room rate for the first night from six days until one day  prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in,  or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 80% of the room rate for the first night.
  
  Off-season(off-peak periods)
  
  - Cancellations/Amendments are accepted without penalty until 18:00 on the day  prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  - If a cancellation/amendment occurs after 18:00 on the day prior to scheduled check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the penalty is charged at 10% of the room rate for the first night.
